Mono Village Fishermen's Resort & Family Vacation Paradise
You'll find everything you want to make your vacation a pleasant one at Mono Village, the "Fishermen's Resort", located on Upper Twin Lake.
Nestled in one of the most rugged and most scenic parts of the High Sierra, yet at an elevation of only 7,000 feet and easily reached by a surfaced road from Bridgeport, only 14 miles away, Mono Village is popular; with fishermen, hunters and campers and their families. There is sport and recreation for all who come to Mono village, in the mountains as well as on the lake. Fishing and hunting licenses available.
The fishing season extends from the first of May to the end of October each year, with boat and shore fishing excellent during that tine. Angling is nearly always good o n Upper Twin lake because there are many native fish there, and because the California Department of Fish and Game plants it regularly with catchable-size Rainbow Trout. Lower Twin Lake is but a short walk or drive along the paved road. If it's back country fishing you want, it's only a short hike to some of the finest high country lakes and streams.

  • $200 refundable Cleaning & Security deposit must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • Specials and four-day reservations are to be paid in full when reservation is processed.
  • Reservations for 7 or more days will be accepted with a deposit of 50%, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Balance of rent must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • Rates include delivery and pick up charges.
